Commitments
Students are expected to attend practice, which are usually once or twice a week for 1-2 hours from September to February, and must attend at least three of the six Saturday tournaments to attend the state tournament in March. If their team qualifies for the national tournament, then practice will continue until mid April, when the national tournament is held. The 2023 AGLOA National Tournament will be held in Orlando in April 2023.
Schedules
Academic Games Program is open to students in all Northville Public Schools. Out of district students can participate with significant parent involvement in the program.
Practices will start the week of September 13th for 7-8th graders and the following week for other grades. Players are expected to attend both practices on a weekly basis.
Monthly Saturday tournaments will be in-person with some modified approach. Students need to attend at least 3 regional tournaments to qualify for states. Schedule is here.
Registration fee is $100 which covers T-shirts, games, supplies, snacks etc. Payment is due the first day of practice.

- 3-4th graders (district minor team): Wednesdays 6:30 - 8pm and Fridays, 5-6:30 pm; location: Meads Mill Fish Bowl
- 5-6th graders (district elementary team): Mondays and Thursdays, 7-8:30 pm; location: Meads Mill Room Fish Bowl
- 7-8th graders (district middle team): Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8 pm; location: Hillside Raider Corral.
- 9-12th graders: check with your coach for practice time.

- Fill out online registration form . Please note that due to space limitation, we might not be able to accommodate all registration requests. Please refer to the priority order below. You will receive registration confirmation prior to first practice date to confirm your player's placement.

Enrollment Priority Order
Due to space limitation, players are enrolled in the program according to the following priority:
- Existing players
- NPS summer camp attendants
- Siblings of current AG players
- Significant parent involvement such as assistant coaches, super tournament coordinator
- Other applicants
